100% RECYCLABLE

CONTAINERS ARE MOTIONLESS
WHEN CONTAINED, NO SWAYING SIDE TO SIDE OR FRONT TO BACK. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY THE PATENTED INTERLOCKING FEATURE AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH PANEL. THIS FEATURE ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR AIRBAGS THAT ARE USED IN THE TRAILER TO STABILIZE THE LOAD.

PUT THE PANELS BACK, PUT THE LID ON AND YOUR DONE, IF ITS A HALF STACK JUST LOAD ON TOP OF ANOTHER ONE IF NEEDED

MORE FEATURES:

HOLES DESIGNED INTO THE PALLET TO ACCEPT PANELS FOR SHIPMENT BACK TO GLASS PLANT.

VIEW HOLES FOR EASE OF IDENTIFICATION AND ALSO LIGHTENS THE PANELS CONSIDERABLY.

LOADING AND UNLOADING WILL BE NOTICEABLY FASTER FOR THE FORK DRIVER, NO MORE GETTING OFF AND ON THE LIFT TO FILL OR DEFLATE AIR BAGS.

BAD GLASS? NO PROBLEM, PLACE THE PALLET EDGE ON THE GLASS BIN AND SIMPLY PUSH OPEN THE FRONT PANEL. EACH PANEL IS MAGNETIZED.

NEED A QUICK CARDBOARD CONTAINER? ASSEMBLE IT AND STRAP IT LATERALLY IN THE CENTER AND TOP AND YOUR GOOD TO GO.

EASY TO DISASSEMBLE ON THE LINE, POP THE CAP OFF WITH THE HELP OF A SUCTION DEVICE, REMOVE THE LIGHT WEIGHT PANELS AND PLACE THEM IN THEIR DESIGNATED HOLES IN THE PALLET. WHEN THE PALLET IS FULL, TIE IT UP AND SEND IT BACK TO THE GLASS PLANT.

ANTIQUATED SHIPPING METHOD

STRETCH WRAP IS SENT TO OTHER COUNTRIES OR DUMPED INTO LAND FILLS. UNITS SWAY BACK AND FORTH WHICH CREATES A NEED FOR AIRBAGS, YES,
MORE PLASTIC.

STRETCH WRAP CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE. IF THE PRODUCT IN THE FILLER IS BAD, WRONG OR NOT ENOUGH, THE OPERATOR HAS TO RE-STRAP AND STRETCH WRAP THE UNIT AND HAVE THE DRIVER TAKE IT OFF THE LINE.

THIS METHOD OF PRODUCING CONTAINERS IS NOT A CLOSED LOOP METHOD WHICH MEANS THE PACKAGING IS NOT REUSABLE.
