STAGE ONE:

THE FINISHED PALLET ROLLS
INTO THE ASSEMBLY STATION WITH
THE LID PLACED ON
TOP OF THE STACK
INSTEAD OF THE OLD
FRAME.

ROBOTS WILL NOW SIMULTANEOUSLY
PLACE SIDE PANELS ON TO
PLACE MAGNETICALLY
ATTACHING TO LID.

 

 

 

 

STAGE TWO:
THE PALLET TABLE WILL
ROTATE THE STACK 90
DEGREES FOR THE PURPOSE
OF ATTACHING THE FRONT
AND BACK PANELS IN THE
SAME FASHION.

 

 

 



 

 

STAGE THREE:

THE PALLET WILL BE
ROTATED BACK INTO
THE ORIGINAL POSITION
ILLUSTRATED IN STAGE ONE.

 

 

STAGE FOUR:

THE PALLET WILL NOW
ENTER THE STRAPPING
MACHINE.

 

 

STAGE FIVE:
 

A DRIVER WILL REMOVE THE
FINISHED PALLET AND EITHER
PLACE IT IN A TRAILER, OR STORE IT
